    Dress Code

    At LITE Chicago we want to provide a safe and upscale environment for our patrons. We strictly enforce our dress code and ask that you come to the club in River North appropriate attire. If you have questions about dress code please e-mail info@litechicago.com and someone will be happy to help.

    Dress Code Absolute No’s:

    Caps, sweats, joggers, tennis shoes, hoodies, “Timbs”, athletic wear, white tee shirts, overly baggy pants, and chain wallets.

    What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

    • There is street parking along with several lots around the area. Cabs are easy access.

    Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

    • No.

    Can I update my registration information?

    • Yes.

    Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

    • Yes you must have the printed copy or the online version will work also. Preferably printed.

    What is the refund policy?

    • There are no refunds for the Bad Boys Live show.

    The name on the registration/ticket doesn’t match the attendee. Is that okay?

    • Yes that is fine as long as you have the ticket.

    Can I get tickets at the door?

    • Yes, tickets are also available at the door for $40.
